Monette Smith is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) with over 27 years of combined experience as an e-discovery consultant, senior project manager, and litigation paralegal. Her years of experience working in corporate legal departments, law firms, and at a legal services vendor gives Monette an inherent understanding of the needs of corporate in-house e-discovery teams and a unique perspective when consulting, problem-solving, and developing creative workflows designed to fit each individual situation.
Monette consults with our clients to provide early case assessment (ECA) support and workflow development and uses her extensive experience to assist clients in leveraging technology to contain the ever-rising cost of litigation. She also manages our team of technical project managers, project analysts, and discovery review consultants.
Monette is proficient in the use of a wide variety of data analysis tools, and is also a Relativity Master, Relativity Expert, and Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA).
