Lisa Garcia and Clynton Namuo are on the planning committee for the Corporate Minority Counsel Program’s 30th Annual Business Conference. They will also be session leaders for the “No Bosses Allowed Lunch.”
Sam Park will be speaking on the panel “Getting More Color on Top: Successful Strategies to Promote Diverse Associates to Partners.” Associates of color face unique challenges as they make the run for partner. This session will focus on the stories of successful partners of color, including winning and losing strategies for how to get the brass ring.
Elizabeth Sperling will co-lead the “Conference Buddy Connect,” an opportunity to match up conference newcomers (“Newbies”) and conference veterans (“Buddies”).
