The Charlotte office of Alston & Bird is seeking a Tax associate with 4-6 years’ experience. Successful candidates will have transactional tax experience, including experience with private equity transactions, public and private mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. Experience in fund formations, investments, and other transactions is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills are required.
