Kim Peretti, Alston & Bird partner and co-chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity Preparedness & Response Team, has been named to Cybersecurity Docket’s 2018 “Incident Response 30,” an annual listing recognizing the “30 best and brightest data breach response lawyers in the business.”
As described by the publication, the Incident Response 30 honors lawyers who “hail from many of the top firms in the world and are key players – both in the public eye and behind-the-scenes – in the most significant data breach responses worldwide.”
This is the second time Peretti has been selected to the list, having also been honored in 2016. It is also comes on the heels of another honor she recently received from Washingtonian magazine, which named her a 2017 “Top Lawyer” for cybersecurity among Washington, D.C.-area attorneys.
