Meanwhile, the Administration announced the United States and China have significantly reduced tariffs for 90 days, giving the countries more time to work on a longer-term trade agreement.

The Trump Administration’s blueprint calls for a 23% reduction in domestic spending and a 13% boost for defense funds, which would reach $1 trillion for the first time.
