Alston & Bird advised World Acceptance Corporation, a publicly traded consumer finance company based in Greenville, South Carolina, and its wholly owned subsidiary, WFC Receivables I LLC, on its inaugural $175 million revolving warehouse credit facility. The facility is secured by consumer loan receivables originated by certain of the company’s subsidiaries.
