Alston & Bird represented Invacare Holdings Corporation in the sale of Invacare Holdings S.à r.l., which operates the company’s EMEA and APAC businesses, to a joint venture formed by Rhône and ARCHIMED. The transaction combines Invacare’s international operations with Direct Healthcare Group and is intended to support continued investment in product development, research, and operational capabilities.
