Max Bryant focuses his practice on M&A and advises public and private companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex and strategic transactions. He works with clients across the healthcare and life science industry spectrum.
Max earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama, where he served as the articles editor for the Alabama Law Review. He earned his B.S. in business administration from Auburn University.
