She has defended class actions and mass tort cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries, including industrial services, medical device, contract sterilization, pharmaceutical, electronics, financial services, transportation, telecommunications, cosmetics, food, nutritional supplements, and other consumer and industrial products. She has served as national coordinating counsel in nationwide putative class actions and mass tort lawsuits in both federal and state courts. She is recognized by Chambers USA in Product Liability (Illinois).
Beth regularly defends complex litigation involving significant personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage arising out of mass accidents. She also works closely with clients across the supply chain in regulated industries to identify and manage legal risk while supporting broader business objectives.
Beth has handled all stages of class, tort, and products liability litigation, from large-scale discovery to depositions, briefing, in-court argument, and jury trials.
