Henry Fletcher works with clients on a range of regulatory and compliance issues across the health care industry. He advises clients on compliance with HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and other complex regulatory frameworks while also assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions by conducting regulatory due diligence and drafting deal documents.
Before joining the firm, Henry gained experience in corporate and regulatory environments through an externship with a Fortune 100 company’s legal department and an internship with a Big Four accounting firm’s forensic accounting practice.
Henry earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where he was a member of the mock trial team and served as a graduate research assistant with the Phillip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. During law school, he received a Dean’s Scholarship and the Atlanta Bar Foundation’s Dean R. Morley Tax Clinic Award and was recognized as a J.B. Moore Family Fellow and a Michelle & James Young Fellow. He earned his B.A., cum laude, in journalism from the University of Georgia.
