• Counsel in the disposition of a $500 million industrial building portfolio located in 10 cities across the country for a leading pension fund advisor.
• Counsel in the acquisition of a 33-parcel assemblage of property for one of the nation’s largest privately held industrial developers and merchant builders.
• Counsel in bartering for the acquisition and subsequent disposition of real property interests in the United States and Canada for an international media company.
• Counsel in the acquisition of real estate interests necessary for the facilitation and utilization of alternative fuel sources for one of the world’s largest brick and related building materials companies.
• Counsel to one of the nation’s largest retailers in the disposition of surplus property.

Randy Luffman concentrates his practice on the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate, with experience in large multistate transactions, multiple parcel property assemblages and office and retail leasing. He also has extensive experience with complex restrictive covenants and easement agreements, real estate bartering transactions and real estate needs associated with alternative fuel uses.

Randy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association. He has written or spoken on a variety of real estate matters, including easements, development and leasing.

Randy received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2002 from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served as legislation co-editor of the Georgia State Law Review and was a member of the Outer Barristers Guild. He received his B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984.
