Amy Pleasance is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Health Care Group. Amy advises public and private companies in the health care industry on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing transactions, private equity, and other general corporate matters. She was listed by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch^® in Health Care Law.

Amy earned her J.D., with honors, in 2018 from Emory University School of Law, where she was a member of the Emory International Law Review and participated in the Emory Transactional Law and Skills Certificate Program. In 2014, Amy earned her B.S. in international business with a concentration in finance and a minor in Spanish from Northeastern University. Before joining the firm, Amy worked as a business analyst for a consulting firm as part of her course work at university.
