Andrew Rice is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group.
Before joining the firm, Andrew gained experience as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Yvonne Y. Ho of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and a judicial law clerk for the Hon. José M. López of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Civil Division.
While earning his J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law, Andrew served as a senior staff member of the Administrative Law Review. He earned his B.A., from Syracuse University in political science.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Andrew served on active duty in the United States Navy Submarine Force.
