Alston & Bird represented Builtwell Bancorp Inc., owner of Builtwell Bank, the largest locally owned multimarket community bank in southeast Tennessee and northwest Georgia, in its acquisition of Bradley County Financial Corp., the holding company for Bank of Cleveland, a community bank headquartered in Tennessee.
