Olivia Underwood is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Health Care Group. Olivia advises clients on complex mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate governance matters. She also counsels both public and private health care companies on securities law compliance.
Olivia received her J.D. from the University of Iowa School of Law where she was a contributing editor to The Journal of Corporation Law and recipient of the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in Bankruptcy. She received her B.A. from Emory University in international studies with a minor in economics.
