Kara Williamson is a senior attorney with Alston & Bird’s Health Care Group. Kara’s practice includes representing publicly traded and private health care corporations in a wide range of general matters, including debt and equity financings, securities filings, and mergers and acquisitions.
She was also an attorney at a corporate and intellectual property law firm representing clients in various corporate transactions.
