Alston & Bird Represents Hilton Grand Vacations in Securitization of $375 Million in Timeshare Loans

Alston & Bird represented Hilton Grand Vacations in its $240 million securitization of legacy Bluegreen Vacations timeshare loans through Hilton Grand Vacations Trust 2024-1B.

Alston & Bird client Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. has closed a $269 million securitization of vacation ownership loans through Hilton Grand Vacations Trust 2022-2. This marks a second ABS transaction in 2022 for HGV. The transaction features four classes of securities: approximately $153 million of Class A notes; approximately $73 million of Class B notes; approximately $26 million of Class C notes; and approximately $17 million of Class D notes.

Alston & Bird client Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. has closed a $246 million securitization of vacation ownership loans through Hilton Grand Vacations Trust 2022-1D.

Alston & Bird client Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) has completed a $293 million securitization of both HGV and legacy Diamond vacation ownership loans through Hilton Grand Vacations Trust 2023-1. Three classes of notes were issued by HGVT, including approximately $187 million of Class A notes, approximately $79 million of Class B notes, and approximately $27 million of Class C notes.

Alston & Bird client Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. has completed an upsized revolving warehouse facility for $750 million, which will accommodate both right-to-use and deeded inventory.
