Alston & Bird Advises Hilton Grand Vacations on $400 Million Securitization of Timeshare Loans

Alston & Bird advised Hilton Grand Vacations on completing its $400 million securitization of timeshare loans through Hilton Grand Vacations Trust 2025-2. The proceeds of the offering, which involves three classes of notes, will be used in part to pay down existing indebtedness.

Representing Hilton Grand Vacations was an Alston & Bird team led by partners Alex Park (Capital Markets & Securities) and Anna French (Finance).
