Alston & Bird Represents Grain Management and Rightfiber in $1.6 Billion Credit Facility

Alston & Bird represented Grain Management, a global private investment firm, and portfolio companies Ritter Communications and Great Plains Communications in their $1.6 billion credit facility, led by Fifth Third Bank as part of the strategic combination of the two companies to create Rightfiber. The credit facility will be used to fund continued organic growth and potential M&A activity. Rightfiber is now one of the nation’s largest privately held fiber broadband platforms.
