Alexander Krause is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group. He focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity securities offerings, and corporate governance for both private and public clients across a variety of industries.
Alex received his J.D., with high honors, from The University of North Carolina, where he served as a symposium editor of the North Carolina Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He also spent a semester of law school as a full-time extern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Alex received his B.B.A. from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
