- Advised a for-profit, publicly traded health system and a subsidiary on the sale of their urgent care platform.
- Advised Avanos Medical, Inc. with numerous medical device acquisitions and divestitures, including its $160 million acquisition of OrthogenRx, Inc., an emerging leader in viscosupplementation therapies for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis pain.
- Represented Shady Grove Fertility in the formation of the US Fertility platform with Amulet Capital.
- Represented pharmaceutical contract manufacturer Frontida BioPharm in its sale to Adare Pharma Solutions.
- Counsel to physician groups and for-profit and not-for-profit health systems in numerous investments in single and multi-speciality ambulatory surgery centers.
- Represented Citadel Health, LLC in an investment in Georgia Physicians for Accountable Care, an accountable care organization, and the formation of an associated clinically integrated network.
