Alston & Bird advised Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. in its acquisition of the remaining 75% ownership interest that it did not previously own in BRE Ace LLC, which owns the Elara resort in Las Vegas, from its joint venture partner, BRE Ace Holdings LLC, an affiliate of a global private equity firm. The purchase price for the transaction was approximately $129 million, subject to certain post-closing adjustments.
