Alston & Bird client Green Square Wealth Management, a registered investment adviser, has entered into an agreement to partner with wealth management firm HighTower Advisors.
Green Square will bring $2.6 billion in client assets to the partnership, increasing HighTower’s total client assets to approximately $68.6 billion while tapping into HighTower’s operational support and technology across 33 states.

The companies are targeting the second quarter of 2019 to close the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
