Alston & Bird client Select Interior Concepts (SIC), a premier installer and distributor of interior building products, has announced the sale of its Residential Design Services (RDS) business to Interior Logic Group, a Blackstone Group portfolio company, for approximately $215 million.
The transaction is anticipated to close mid-2021, pending the receipt of regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
Founded in 2014, Select Interior Concepts is headquartered in Atlanta and listed on the Nasdaq. Its RDS segment provides integrated design, sourcing, and installation solutions for interior products and finishes.
