Alston & Bird client ZenFi Networks, an innovative digital infrastructure company, has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by BAI Communications, a global shared communications infrastructure provider.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory conditions and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022.
