Alston & Bird advised Grain Management LLC on entering into a definitive agreement to sell Hunter Communications, Oregon’s largest privately owned fiber-optic internet provider, to Oak Hill Capital. The transaction reflects Grain’s continued strategy of investing in high-quality digital infrastructure assets and positioning portfolio companies for long-term growth. Terms were not disclosed, and the sale is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
