Alston & Bird Represents Vistance Networks in $1.7 Billion Sale of RUCKUS Networks Business to Belden

Alston & Bird represented Vistance Networks, a global provider of intelligent network solutions, in the sale of its RUCKUS Networks business to Belden Inc. Vistance expects net proceeds of approximately $1.7 billion after taxes and other expenses. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
