- Defended a state-owned foreign bank in a New York lawsuit alleging a multibillion-dollar fraud scheme and obtained dismissal of all claims.
- Represented a New York hotel group in an action to foreclose a $68 million mortgage and a related action involving a partnership dispute.
- Counsel to the administrator for $12 billion in student loan securitizations in numerous regulatory and commercial litigation matters.
