Trenton Hafley is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Group. He focuses on providing a wide array of clients antitrust services including merger clearance, litigation, and counseling.
Before joining the firm, Trenton was a judicial intern for the Hon. Kathleen O’Malley for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He received his J.D. from George Mason University where he served as the associate articles editor for the George Mason Law Review. During law school, Trenton worked as a research assistant to former Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Chairman Timothy J. Muris, and former FTC Commissioner Joshua D. Wright, on a variety of antitrust issues. He also worked as a law clerk for the Office of Policy Planning at the FTC.
