Will Metcalf is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Will was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Douglas E. Miller, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
While earning his J.D. from The University of North Carolina School of Law, Will served as an articles editor for the North Carolina Law Review and a judicial extern for the Hon. Samuel J. Ervin IV of the Supreme Court of North Carolina. He also served as a legal intern for the Southern Environmental Law Center. Will earned his B.A., with honors, in public policy and political science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
