Jessica Sharron is a partner with Alston & Bird’s Construction and Government Contracts Group. Jessica primarily focuses her practice in government contracts and construction litigation. She represents government contractors across a variety of industries, including health care, banking, telecommunications, and construction in all aspects of the government–contractor relationship. Jessica advises clients on compliance with federal, state, and local procurement rules and regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation, agency supplements, and state equivalent rules, and represents them in adversary proceedings such as pre- and post-award bid protests, breach of contract claims, False Claims Act litigation, and government investigations.
In Jessica’s construction practice, she represents owners, developers, and contractors in public and commercial construction projects, including contract disputes and construction claims litigation involving claims of professional negligence, delays, disruptions, changed conditions, and contract terminations.
Jessica’s experience also includes resolving labor disputes involving the payment of prevailing wages, products liability, and toxic tort litigation and commercial disputes involving claims of breach of contract, breach of warranty, business interference, and unfair competition.
