Heeth Varnedoe focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in high-stakes disputes across a range of industries. He leverages advanced generative AI capabilities in complex litigation, advising on and helping pilot firmwide AI use cases focused on accuracy, privilege protection, workflow integration, and litigation efficiency.
While earning his law degree, Heeth interned for the Hon. Christopher J. McFadden of the Georgia Court of Appeals, assisting with oral arguments and appellate opinions. Before joining the firm, Heeth worked for an economist, specializing in antitrust enforcement and litigation.
Heeth earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where he was on the editorial board of the Virginia Law & Business Review and a pro bono volunteer at the Virginia Innocence Project. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in economics from Washington and Lee University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
