AGC Networks Closes Black Box Acquisition

Alston & Bird client AGC Networks Pte Ltd, the Singaporean subsidiary of global solutions integrator AGC Networks Ltd, has closed on its acquisition of Black Box Corporation.

The purchase of Black Box – a digital solutions provider based in Lawrence, PA – gives AGC more than $600 million in additional annual revenue and approximately 3,000 new employees, significantly boosting the company’s presence and offerings in North America while enhancing its footprint in providing technologies and services across six continents.
